Sony’s latest accessory Android watch for their Smartphone has been doing good abroad and finally, the company has decided to launch the SmartWatch in India. Sony India has confirmed this on their Facebook page that the SmartWatch will be launched in India by the end of June this year at a price of Rs 6,299. The Sony SmartWatch features an easy-to-use ultra-responsive touch display.
A well-designed Android that has been designed to keep its users cautiously updated with their hands free because the SmartWatch works like a wrist watch but allows users to control their Android smartphones remotely and lets you read SMS, email, calendar reminders as well as social networking updates from Twitter and Facebook. You can also discard and mute calls and receive calls through Bluetooth headset.
This ultra-thin Android remote or SmartWatch is designed to impress its customers. You can use this SmartWatch as you wish. Can wear it with your own 20mm wristband or wear it using the stylish different colour straps wristband given with it or you can even use it as a clip.
To use this SmartWatch you need not own a Sony branded phone only. The watch is well-matched with other Android phones as well. The synchronization is done over Bluetooth 3.0. Since the phone is also based on Android, it should be possible to port other applications as well to it other than the ones provided by Sony.
