The Samsung i8520 also known as the Galaxy Beam is a smartphone produced by Samsung. Its main feature is a built-in DLP WVGA projector that is able to project images at up to 50 inches (1,300 mm) in size at 15 lumens. And as per the sources Samsung Mobile has started taking pre-orders for its Galaxy Beam in India at Samsung India’s e-store with the full payment of Rs 29,900.
Samsung Galaxy Beam was expected to launch the device for sale in South West Asia in May 2012, but it’s been postponed. But due to the increasing demand the company is on the edge of releasing the device in the domestic market soon.

The dimensions of the mobile are 124 x 64.2 x 12.5 mm and weight 145.3 g. Built-in HD projector and Touch-sensitive controls are the two additional qualities. The unlocked cell phone also comes with 4.0 inches wide screen that has 480 x 800 pixels resolutions and Super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, 16M colours. 5 MP rear camera with LED flash.

Galaxy Beam is powered by Android and it takes the advantage of the version Android OS, v2.3 (Gingerbread) which is used in most of the Android supported mobiles these days with the powerful Dual-core 1 GHz Cortex-A9 processor.
