The 3 day event Commercial Vehicles Middle East event is now on at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. The event is being held alongside the Commercial Vehicles Conference 2012.
On the first day of the event, Shell Business Team Manager of Retail & Automotive Fuels, Jörg Spanke will be speaking about the company’s Smarter Mobility Solutions and its re-invention of Shell Diesel Extra. The greatly acclaimed environmental friendly Shell Diesel Extra, also known for entering into the Guinness World Records in 2008 for participating in the longest non-stop commercial truck drive in Italy, was launched in the local market in July 2011.
On the final day of the event, a seminar on new RTA heavy vehicle trailer inspection and registration process will be held. At the Commercial Vehicles Middle East, Arabian Automobiles will debut its 4.8-litre Nissan Patrol Pick-Up, to the Middle East. The debutant is powered by V6 engine.
Al Futtaim Motors will unveil its new generation of 150 hp environmentally friendly HINO300 Series light-duty truck. With this it will be the first Japanese company to make its entry in Middle East. Other participants in the Commercial Vehicles Conference 2012 will be Funtoro, Jaspa and others.
