Bike of the year 2012 TVS Apache RTR 160
I am planning to buy apache new rtr 160 next month… I need to travel daily 50km (25km highway + 25 km in city). Please tell me wheather this bike will give 40km mileage atleast or not?
Showroom person said that it will give 50km.
But I need true answers. Pls suggest and help me.

i bought Apache RTR Refresh 2012 just a month before. i road almost 2200 kms just in one month. i use to travel 48 kms a day (24 kms on highway and 24 kms in city).
Really this version of RTR gives me a better millage of 55.7 kmpl at the speed of 60 to 80 Kmph.
Before the first service it achieved only 50 – 52 kmpl… and now it gives me above said average of 53 – 56 kmpl….
It delivers a awesome pickup and unmatched performance on the highway and city as well…..
i achieved maximum of kmph on a highway, still i don’t feel any vibrations or wobbling as in the previous rtr.

Very low mileage!! before first service …only around 30′s…rest is SUPERB!!!! good riding positions…much low on vibrations than the previous ones and much much better handling!!! Go for it guys!!!
